Goodnight Western

A Signature Western sidesaddle. This one has vintage style skirts, red accents, molded one-ear bride, breaststrap, tapadero, tooled seat and plenty of charm. This is an example of a modernized/rebuilt Goodnight and would be suitable for pleasure type classes.

My first Signature Western sidesaddle. The silver plates are all hand cut and etched. The leather is painted and antique finished. The tooling pattern is a modification of the Simple Elegance design introduced in the Tooling the Roper book. The cantle is rolled with silver lace. This is an example of a modernized/rebuilt Goodnight and would be suitable for pleasure type classes.

This set has a prototype bridle and Western style Martingale. The skirts are square. The cantle is Cheyenne style not rolled. I freehanded the tooling pattern. Normally I wouldn't take a chance at free handing a pattern, but this saddle type is non-symmetrical, so I felt less pressure to make the flowers perfect on both sides. I'm still working out the bridle and breastcollar patterns for this saddle as I always like to add new stuff to each book that can be used with other saddle patterns.
